Wellbeing

CRE Group Directors Michael and Patrick are both passionate about the construction industry and are equally passionate about mental health and its impacts on employees. Creating a company where people want to work and feel good about it is the ultimate goal. At CRE Group, culture matters.

They expressed their passion for mental health in the construction industry by creating an event in May 2022 that brought the earthmoving industry together to raise funds and awareness for Beyond Blue – Dig Deep Event.

The industry event brought together over 6,000 attendees, along with clients and suppliers to help raise over $375,429 dollars for Beyond Blue.

Michael and Patrick have created a workplace where a focus on wellbeing aims to ensure all workers are safe, healthy, satisfied and engaged, to reduce the incidence of stress, and encourage overall wellbeing and culture.

Each year the team participate in the 2XU Triathlon to help raise awareness for Dig Deep.

Earlier this year, we joined our neighbours - Your Mobile Broker - to show support for one of their employees who is currently battling breast cancer. To help support the cause and raise awareness we proudly displayed a pink digging bucket at our HQ in Melbourne.
